Ines’ story
Ines Alvizar began her event planning journey as a florist. With over twenty years of experience, Ines had humble beginnings planning the quinceaneras, weddings, and birthdays of family friends. The immense detail and care that Ines put into planning events eventually spread by word of mouth, and she formally started her started Decoraciones Alvizar.
Located in San Jose, CA Decoraciones Alvizar provides clients with professional decoration, lighting, floral arrangement, and event planning to create unique and perfect atmospheres for any personal or corporate event.
Ines’ Philosophy
Chasing the gifts of what is in season and the wild beauty of the lush, living world is evident in Ines’s naturalistic approach to floristry. Cultivating many of the materials used in her work, Ines’s floral arrangements inform much of her designs, as well as the thrill of seeking the unexpected & obscure materials that are growing nearby.
